Cowboy Cut Beef Jerky

Cowboy Cut is the same as regular Original, only it's not been cut, we leave it in the long strips.

Original is a steak cut that has been slow marinated in a unique blend of seasoning and then slow smoked over real hickory. The result is an old-fashioned style real beef jerky with a slightly salty/peppery, Smokey flavor. This is the style of beef jerky that created beef jerky. 

We call this size the "Road Trip Tamer," it keeps everyone going and happy!

Ingredients: Beef, Water, Brown Sugar, Teriyaki Flavored Marinade 
(salt, sugar, hydrolyzed soy protein, dextrose, monosodium glutamate, 
molasses powder(molasses, wheat starch, soy flour), spices and caramel color), 
Cure (salt, sugar, brown sugar, sodium nitrite(0.84%), maple syrup), 
Black Pepper, Sodium Nitrite (6.25%).
