Clint & Sons is proud to be a state inspected meat processing facility with a full time inspector on hand.  We pride ourselves not only on producing a delicious product but doing it in a safe and sanitary environment.

Prep Charges:

Cape $35

Skin/Clean $25

Clean Only $15

Disposal Fee $50

 

 

Processing Charges:

Boneless Meat $1 per lb

Rail weight < 100 lbs: $65 flat rate

Rail weight > 100 lbs: $0.65 per lb.

Insp. beef fat added to hamburger: $0.65 per lb

Insp. boneless pork added to breakfast sausage: $1.99 per lb

 

Charges on all available smoked products:

Deer/Antelope/Elk Jerky: $2.50 per lb

Deer/Antelope/Elk Sticks: $2.50 per lb

Summer Sausage: $1.00 per lb

Jalapeno Cheese Summer Sausage: $1.75 per lb 

German Sausage: $1.25 per lb

Jalapeno Polish Sausage: $1.50 per lb

Deer Bacon: $1.75 per lb

Insp. boneless pork added to all smoked sausages: $1.99 per lb

*All animals must be completely field dressed.

*A $65.00 deposit must be paid upon drop off.  NO EXCEPTIONS

*All capes will be ready day after drop off

 NOT responsible for capes left over one week from drop off date

 

Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00-5:30

           Saturday 8:00-12:00

After hours accepting deer: 5:00-6:00 Saturday & Sunday

*After notification that deer is ready, you will have 3 weeks to pick it up or it will be sold for processing charges.
