We dry age all over our beef for a delicious and tender product. All beef is cut to your specifications and packaged in vacuum bags to provide the best possible storage for you beef. Cuts may be bone in or boneless with many variations available. Johnny and Joe have over 50 years combined meat cutting experience so we can make that special cut for you!
